Steps to Apply

  1. Get Your Fingerprints Taken

    • Go to a Police Station or a reputable agency in your country to have your fingerprints taken.
    • The fingerprint document must be signed and stamped (notarised).
    • Do a Wire Transfer using instructions on this page. Receipt will used as proof in the next step
  2. Register and submit Submit the Foreign National Form located on this page

    • Fill out and submit the Foreign National Form to start your application.
    • Once submitted, you’ll need to wait for approval, which could take 1-4 business days.
    • After approval, you will receive an email with a link to the Police Certificate Application Management System (PCAMS).
  3. Complete the PCAMS Application

    • Click the link sent to your email. It will partially fill out your application form.
    • Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the application.
    • After finishing, download and print the completed application form.
  4. Prepare Your Supporting Documents
    Along with your printed application, include the following documents:

    • Two passport-sized photographs (They can be signed, but not embossed).
    • A certified copy of the bio-data page of your passport (Make sure to upload this to PCAMS too).
  5. Submit Your Documents

    • Submit the printed application form along with your photographs and certified passport copy to complete your application.

  3. Communication with the Applicant complains:

    • (3CX):

      • Make initial contact if urgent clarification is needed.

      • Use CRO email when written clarification is preferable or if the applicant cannot be reached via phone.
