Why do you need a Criminal Record?

Employers often request a police record to obtain background information on applicants and prospective employees. Individuals also often require them when applying for jobs, overseas travel, and other activities.

Attendance and Dress Code Requirements

Failure to Appear:
Applicants who fail to appear at their scheduled date and time after submitting an application for a Police Record may be required to rejoin the queue. This may result in significant delays, potentially affecting business operations or the intended purpose for which the record is sought.

Requests for exceptions due to delays or emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by a Supervisor. Supporting documentation may be required.

Dress Code: Proper Attire is Mandatory
To ensure the delivery of professional and respectful service, all applicants must adhere to the following dress code. Service may be denied to individuals who do not comply.

Testimonials

I’ve not always had positive experiences with government offices but my visit to criminal office was really great. I got there before they open, around 7:45am (they opened at 8:30am), approx 20 persons were there before me and I got through just before 9:30am. The process was fairly quick and easy, I was pre-screened at the door and then again on the inside, then I was fingerprinted then waited to get my date to pick up my results. I wish all government offices were this efficient. Thank you.
