Fingerprints must be taken at a Police Station or a reputable agency in your country of residence.
The fingerprint document must be signed and stamped.
A printed copy of the completed application form must be included in package done on PCAMS.

Photograph Requirements:

Provide two passport-sized photographs.
Photographs may be signed but must not be embossed.

Supporting Documents:

Include a certified copy of the bio-data page of your passport. (Must also be uploaded on PCAMS)

All documents must be packaged and sent through a bearer or a local agent. The bearer/agent will need:
A letter of authorization from the applicant.
A valid form of identification.
Alternatively, the package may be sent directly to the Criminal Records Office at 56 Duke Street, Kingston for processing.
